Work of Heart: inspired by a new chapter
After retiring from the Royal Navy in 2016, I embarked on a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing in 2023. Heading out on placement meant purchasing a few items we needed, and that experience inspired me to design the Work of Heart Kit.
I wanted to bring practical accessories and thoughtful little extras together in one bundle, drawing on the start of my own nursing journey.

Created with healthcare workers and healthcare students in mind, the Work of Heart Kit combines writing tools, organisational accessories and personal touches in a canvas storage bag. It’s a practical treat for yourself or a thoughtful gift for someone beginning a placement or working in care.
