Food ingredients and preparation

Cadbury instant hot-chocolate sachet (28g). Ingredients: sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (15%), milk powder (13%), whey powder (from milk), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, palm oil, soluble maize fibre, milk chocolate (3.5%) (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (E442), flavourings), anti-caking agent (E551), salt, milk proteins, acidity regulator (E501), flavourings (contain milk), thickener (E407), emulsifier (E471). Contains milk. Empty the sachet into a mug, add 200ml hot water and stir.

Marshmallows: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelling agent (gelatine), corn starch, flavourings, colour E162.

Gingerbread biscuits: fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed in varying proportions), partially inverted refiners syrup, ground ginger (0.7%), raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavouring. May also contain milk and soya.

Candy cane with jelly sweets: glucose syrup, sugar, water, thickener (pectin), corn starch, acidity regulators (E330, E331, E296), beef gelatine, flavouring, colours (E100, E120, E141, E153, E160a, E170).

Manufacturer warning for the candy cane: choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 36 months.
